Local Rules


Out of bound areas are marked with white stakes.

A provisional ball must be played to help maintain the speed of play when the ball is lost.

Do not search for a ball for more than 5 minutes.

Water hazards are marked with yellow stakes.

Lateral hazards are marked with red stakes.

Ground under repair is marked with paint around the area and/or a GUR sign.

Relief from an embedded ball is allowed through the green (entire course) by removing, cleaning, and replacing.

Immovable Obstructions (Rule 24-2), nearest point of relief – no penalty for the following locations: Halfway House, shelters, pump houses, control boxes, sprinklers, valves, drain covers, tee signs and distance markers.


Slow Play


Keep your pace of play and be ready to play when it is your turn.

Allow faster players to play through.

Only players with a handicap of 18 or below are allowed to play from the blue tee.
